Dry skin, counseling and care for skin hydrated!
In winter, we tend to take less care of our skin when we should instead feed from inside and outside by simple gestures of care and non-binding. All day long in our clothes, it often called phase "hydration", an essential task for a resplendent skin health! Our skin needs water and especially in winter. The cold and hot houses do not have the complexion fresh and our skin is the first to suffer from dehydration! Crocodile skin, dyed gray and blurred, tips and daily care easy to find a fresh and radiant skin from head to toe! In winter, the first gesture to make beauty is moisturized and thus protects our skin being challenged. Before any other care, proper hydration is necessary. Face to the soles of the feet, our body requires water. Proper hydration will care but also through good nutrition.
Food
During the winter, we must focus all foods rich in antioxidants. You will find in fruits and vegetables. Vitamin C, vitamin E among other things, help fight against free radicals and preserve your skin attacks. Do not hesitate to eat fruits and vegetables in sufficient quantity! Raw, prepared, fresh, frozen and canned, fruits and vegetables are vital to the brilliance of your skin! Note that borage oil protects the skin by reducing water loss. Finally bring with you a bottle of water to drink at will the water all day long!
